Secure Packaging
Carefully repack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all mounting hardware, bulbs, and instruction manuals to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of the carton, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the electrical components, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
